Meet Missy

I'm one of those classic 80"s girls. I was raised in a Christian home filled with the love & grace of Jesus. Like any home, things weren't perfect, but over all I had a fairly "normal" childhood.

We participate in many areas of ministry.

BIBLE STUDY:

We seek to bless the women in our fellowship through worship, study of the scriptures, and prayer; both through our women's bible study group that meets every other Sunday, and also though our annual women's retreats. We hope that you are draw closer to the Lord as we search His Word together.

HELPING HANDS:

Helping Hands in a ministry designed to reach out to women in a practical way. Jodie Benfield oversees this area of ministry, which includes baby and wedding showers, meal preparation for new moms, baby sitting needs, etc.

BENEVOLENCE:

Every year we put together Christmas and Thanksgiving baskets for families in need. It is our desire to bless those families with a holiday meal for them to enjoy. We also are involved in outreach through various means in our community (homeless shelters, LifeChoices, etc.)

WOMEN'S ACTIVITIES:

We also hold many activities throughout the year to encourage godly fellowship among women. These can included coffee nights, craft nights, prayer meetings, and more. It is always a joy to come together and bless each other and our Lord.
